RETURN / REFUND POLICY: You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your item to return your merchandise. All items should be returned in the original packaging and condition. An (RMA) form should be filled out prior to returning any items. EPTEX Coatings will issue a refund after merchandise is received and inspected, less any shipping & handling charges. A 15% restocking fee applies to any returned items.
